Have you ever wondered what it would be like to dine at the WHITE HOUSE?  Join Lenore Pinello in the kitchen with Chef John Moeller on Wednesday, February 5, 2014.

Chef Moeller served in the White House from September of 1992 until 2005—one of the longest tenured chefs across three Administrations.  During his tenure, he helped create and prepare meals for the First Families, for world leaders like Tony Blair and Nelson Mandela, for famous guests like Julia Child and Sophia Loren, and for holiday parties and trips to Camp David.    Chef Moeller has detailed his journey and White House experience in a new book, Dining at the White House—From the President’s Table to Yours.

Wines will be paired by Sommelier and In The Kitchen friend, Jenny Benzie, Owner of Épernay Wine & Spirits in Nantucket and Head Sommelier + CEO of Pour Sip Savor, and former Café Boulud Palm Beach Sommelier.
